Tim serves as the Training Officer for Grant County Fire District 7, where he focuses on attracting, retaining, and supporting the dedicated individuals who serve the community. Born and raised in the area, he has a deep-rooted connection to the community and works to ensure the fire district has a strong, engaged, and prepared team. 

In addition to his role in recruitment, Tim brings valuable experience from his background in Public Works and general contracting, which has helped shape his ability to manage diverse projects and develop effective strategies. He collaborates closely with leadership to ensure the department remains well-staffed and that team members receive the support they need for both
personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s fishing, exploring nature, or participating in motorsports. His commitment to the local community is reflected not only in his work but also in his passion for fostering strong, lasting connections that help the community continue to thrive.
